This home, created with lots of family love, is a hidden gem next to a tranquil stream. The house is created around a courtyard with 4 ground floor rooms opening into the garden. It has a spacious back garden which slopes down to a tranquil stream. Two bedrooms share a bathroom whilst the other is ensuite. The fourth bedroom has been set up to accommodate 4 kids. It also has a sleeper couch and its own outside shower and bathroom. It’s equipped with a smart TV, fuse ball table, games, toy box and dart board to keep the youngsters occupied for hours on end.

The lower level also has an open plan area consisting of a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The large well-equipped kitchen is a chefs dream with a Smeg stove and all the appliances you will need as well as crockery and cutlery for twenty people. The dining room seats 10-12 adults comfortably and opens out onto the Braai(BBQ) patio which has a long table with benches. The comfortable lounge boasts a Mexican freestanding front-loading fireplace that warms up the entire open plan area. Glass doors open up onto a small patio overlooking the stream. The lounge TV has Chrome Cast with access to Netflix; Amazon Prime: Apple TV and more.

The upper level comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms, a children’s nook with a bunk bed, a crib and large shared bathroom. The house has strong Wifi throughout + UPS for load-shedding.

The house is ideally suited to a maximum of 10 adults sharing and 4 children

Guest access

Guests have access to the whole house apart from the store room and private cupboards in the house.

• Own condiments to be supplied salt, pepper, oil.
• Own firewood & blitz to be supplied
• Local supermarket shop open until 10 pm for any needs and groceries.
• Guests to bring their own beach towels
• Pringle Bay is known for its baboon troops that forage for food in the village. Keep your ears alert for the sound of the Baboon Monitors vuvuzelas that warn you when they are near so that you close the doors and windows. It is also advisable to keep food out of sight
